1. General Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from LioracStyle.
If you are not fully happy, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Delaware State consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging;

  • Tags and labels must be attached;

  • The item must not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage;

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

⚠️ Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags cannot be returned or refunded.
⚠️ Hygiene-related items or limited-time promotions may be final sale and not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at business@weifuturedevelopmentllc.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Our team will provide the return address and confirmation.

  3. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the product is defective or incorrect).

  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Products without original tags or packaging;

  • Signs of wear, stains, washing, or damage caused by the customer;

  • Custom or clearance items;

  • Returned items without prior authorization.

5. No Refund Without Return

To ensure fairness and protect both parties, we strictly oppose and do not support any requests for “refund without return”.
All refund requests must be accompanied by a verified return of the product, unless approved for quality defects.

6. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund upon confirmation.
